Exports help turn BarnBuddy records into PDFs for review, sharing, and offline use.

Farm Export​

Farm export summarizes the selected herd's roster and care status.

Animal Export​

Animal export can include:

  • Animal profile
  • Health events
  • Vaccinations
  • Vet visits
  • Reproduction records
  • Finance records
  • Feed records

Herd Finance Export​

The Herd Finances screen can prepare a finance report with:

  • Net, income, and expense totals
  • Feed and vet costs
  • Expense categories
  • Monthly cash flow
  • Income, expense, and complete ledger tables

Blocked Sections​

If part of an export cannot be prepared, BarnBuddy may still prepare the export and show which sections were skipped.
