Troubleshooting

I cannot see my dashboard

Make sure you are signed in. If the session expired, sign out and sign back in.

A record did not save

Check for an error toast. Some fields require a date or type before saving.

My animal is not in the herd I expected

Open the animal's General Data tab and check the herd field. If a herd was deleted, animals from that herd may have moved to Unassigned.

I do not see Premium tools

Check Account Settings to confirm your plan status. If you recently upgraded, refresh the page or sign in again.

Export is missing a section

BarnBuddy may skip a blocked section and still prepare the rest of the export. Review the toast message for skipped sections.
